Azita Ghanizada

Azita is a native of Kabul, the capital of Afghanistan. Azita is an Afghan American who lives in the United States. Born in Kabul Afghanistan her family fled their home country to the US and were granted asylum to remain. She is a middle-sister of two sisters and was raised in Northern Virginia. Ghanizada began her career on television by appearing in several National Commercials. Ghanizada's role as Chiara in Laura Neri 2004 film A Kiss on the Nose as Chiara received her a nomination for Best Actress at a film festival. Her television guest-starring roles include How I Met Your Mother Entourage Veronica Mars The Wedding Bells NUMB3RS Bones Psych and Castle. Most recently, she played a supporting role in the action science fiction movie Blood Shot (2009) and the independent comedies You Only Better (2009). Ghanizada started her acting career in 2008 when she was a part of the cast for the General Hospital spin-off General Hospital. In the second season, Night Shift, Ghanizada played the role of Dr. Saira Bhatra who is a holistic doctor. Ghanizada was cast as Kelly the Prada salesperson on HBO Entourage.
